What politeno is

politeno is a free utility in the Dekimu ecosystem that drafts polite-but-firm email variants from templates you select and lightly configure. It is not legal, HR, or negotiation advice. You are responsible for reading, editing, and sending any message you generate.

Account

Access to the dashboard requires a free Dekimu account via id.dekimu.com. You agree not to share your credentials, not to abuse the service, and not to use politeno to harass, threaten, defame, or deceive any third party.

Availability

politeno is offered as-is and as-available. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Your content

You own what you write. We do not persist the context or drafts you generate. You grant us permission only to process your saved preferences (tone, language, signature, hidden scenarios) to operate the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, politeno is provided without warranties. Dekimu is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from using a drafted message. You send it — that's your decision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Madrid, Spain.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via Dekimu ID. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
